An index.html maker from PDF files

IndexMaker is a simple script PERL to make an index.html file from PDF file. It should work with PERL 4 and 5. At the moment, it uses the /Author field and the first /Title field in every matched PDF files.

This is the sintax

usage:
        indexmaker [-options ...] files

where options include:
    -help                        print out this message
    -title  Title 

files:
    with files you can use metacharacters and relative and absolute path name
    
example:
    indexmaker *.pdf
    indexmaker -t "TOC example" *.pdf

Bug fix: now /Author field can be placed also after the first /Title field
